Tron Network and Ethereum have been competing against each other for quite some time. However, following a Twitter post that asked consumers to “stop deploying d-apps to Ethereum” by another Twitter user, Justin Sun made an enthusiastic plea of the same kind. He said, “Yes! Please stop deploying d-apps to Ethereum and migrate to #TRON network immediately! We are 100x faster than #ETH and fully compatible with #ethereum. We 100% guarantee better user experience! #TRX $TRX”

The original plea was made by developer Afri Schoedon, who also added that the Ethereum network was “running at capacity,” which can be blamed on the cryptokittes in the network. One of the suggestions from the developer is that the deploying of new dApps could go another network instead. The rest of the post said, “Use $ETC, $POA, or whatever else is available and bridge important stuff, these networks have plenty of capacity and are well supported by MyCrypto, MetaMask, etc.” As of the morning of September 24th, the blockchain for Ethereum was, indeed, at full capacity. To make matters worse, over 59,000 transactions are being held up.
Still, Ethereum’s co-founder, Vitalik Buterin, seems to disagree. According to Buterin, multiple dApps qualify for gas utilization optimization that would eliminate this concern. He even noted that, though these dApps should be able to use a lot of gas, other dApps on the network will be required to use the gas in a more efficient matter to make it up.
Justin Sun has matched compatibility with the Ethereum Virtual Machine, thanks to one of their own. When the Tron Virtual Machine launched, Sun commented that anyone that switches from the EVM to the TVM can do so with minimal cost on their own part, which was part of the reason for the expansion. There are three sets of tools involved within the TRON ecosystem involved, including developer tools, engine tools, and 3rd Party tools.
When the beta version of TVM was originally launched, the CTO said that TVM itself would have multiple developer tools. Specifically, these tools were TronWeb, TronLink, Tron Truffle and Tron Remix, which looked a lot like what Ethereum provided. Again, the main benefit seemed to be the scalability of the platform over Ethereum.
One Twitter user, Alvin Leong, said, “I love that confidence level 100% guaranteed better user experience. Well, make your work are convinced and get to top 10 list. keep it up #Tron #TRX”
However, user James Burton had another take, saying, “But it’s not secure and it’s not scalable. #TRON was dead before it started. For Christ’s sake it’s named after a movie!”
