PumaPay Blockchain Project Form Strategic Alliance with University of Nicosia Institute for the Future for Advancing Blockchain Research and Development (IFF)

The Institute For the Future (IFF) at the University of Nicosia has announced its alliance with PumaPay  blockchain project aimed at creating the innovative PullPayment Protocol.

PumaPay has now become one of the founding members of the University’s Institute For the Future, an interdisciplinary project focused on blockchain technology and artificial intelligence (AI) research and formulating ways to foster their adoption and integration in industries, government, education and other sectors of the economy.

In addition to its blockchain technology and AI ambition, the IFF is focused on becoming a leading academic research body for interdisciplinary research and innovation in Cyprus, the EU, and the entire world.

With blockchain technology, PumaPay is determined to create a highly functional payment protocol that will allow merchants across the globe to seamlessly accept cryptocurrency payments as obtainable with traditional payment methods like credit cards.

PumaPay strongly believes its payment solution will revolutionize the world of payments and several credible global brands also share PumaPay’s vision and have joined the PumaPay network, some of which include IronFX crypto exchange, FashionTV, Wix and more.

The University of Nicosia (UNIC) has a liberal stance towards new technologies, and it’s proud to be one of the first institutions of higher learning to embrace blockchain technology.

Interestingly, UNIC has launched the world’s first Masters’ Degree Programme in Digital Currency (MSc), and it’s dedicated to advancing DLT research and related fields.
