Bittensor and Artificial Superintelligence Alliance rose this past week as the broader market uptick helped Bitcoin (BTC) surge to above $60,000 on Friday. 

While BTC struggles to stay above the psychological level, TAO, FET and POPCAT have maintained a significant upward hold. Also making a case for one of the best performers of the week is Poodlana (POODL).

The Solana meme coin has received much attention since its launch via a 30-day presale that raised $8 million.  

Solana-based meme coin Popcat (POPCAT) topped the 100 largest coins by market cap with over 43% gains in a week.

The token soared amid listing news related to crypto exchange Kraken adding spot trading support for POPCAT, whose price touched highs of $0.75. 

At the time of writing, Popcat changed hands near the $0.72 level. If bulls break to $0.80, the meme coin could retest $1.

Bittensor (TAO)’s price was up more than 31% in the past week, with the native token of the AI-related project among the top three gainers per CoinMarketCap. TAO, which powers the decentralised machine learning network, broke to $326 – the highest level since Aug. 28.

Like other AI-related coins, Bittensor saw a notable upside bounce as Nvidia’s stock rose. The chip maker continues to be a benchmark in the sector and part of the sentiment cascaded to crypto AI tokens.

Despite the gains, Bittensor hovered near $313 at the time of writing, suggesting profit-taking could hinder bulls’ prospects. 

Artificial Superintelligence Alliance is among those to see a major uptick – although FET surged as the community reacted to news that the ASI alliance was looking to merge with AI compute platform CUDOS.

FET is the native token of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, a project that merged AI tokens SingularityNET, Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol. 

FET traded around $1.37 at the time of writing. However, its price touched highs of $1.45 after the CUDOS announcement.

Poodlana, inspired by Asia’s love for the poodle, is seeing huge traction as a new dog-themed coin on Solana.

It blends culture and fashion and is big for both the crypto-savvy and fashion-centric, particularly in Asia.

The Poodlana website indicates the project is hitting roadmap milestones, including exchange partnerships innovation and expansion.

In this latter phase, key indicators include the launch of staking and airdrops/bonuses tied to major global events such as London Fashion Week.

While Poodlana’s market debut coincided with a dip in cryptocurrencies, its price has held steadily above a key support level.

In the past 24 hours, the POODL token has retested this crucial price level and could rebound higher alongside other outperforming altcoins.

POODL trades around $0.014, with the recent downturn pushing it into the opportunity zone.

If prices bounce, upside pressure could see Poodlana’s price mirror other top trending meme coins such as Popcat and Sundog. Meme coin resurgence already pushed dogwifhat and Bonk into top Solana meme coins.

While the three biggest gainers over the past week are among the 100 largest cryptocurrencies by market cap, Poodlana is one of the smaller altcoins attracting increased attention. 

Part of the interest is down to Poodlana’s remarkable entry into the crypto market.

A 30-day presale followed by a listing on DEX within an hour was topped by the listing on two top crypto exchanges.

MEXC and BingX listed the token within days of the presale ending, which leaves Binance, OKX and Bybit among the top leading tier exchanges that might list Poodlana.

With Asia, a leading indicator for many top tokens listed on global exchanges, such a move for POODL could be a major boost to its growth and potentially its market performance.
