Ontology has joined hands with South Korea’s first life insurance company, Hanwha Life, in a bid to develop a “Blockchain Academy” program.
According to an official announcement, Hanwha Life is looking to use Ontology’s blockchain to come up with an effective Blockchain Academy program, which was launched in June 2018.
Boasting around 5,000 registrations, the program is expected to make a major contribution to the blockchain, expediting the adoption of the technology. It will help beginners to move from learning basics to becoming a master in developing dApps on the Ontology blockchain quickly.

Incubate Projects Interested in OntologyThe partnership between the two companies does not only help Hanwha Life Insurance develop a blockchain course for developers; it also allows Ontology to use the program and DREAMPLUS, the owner of Hanwha’s Blockchain Academy, to incubate both individuals and businesses interested in their blockchain in South Korea.
The ontology also expects to continue developing world-class developer tools and APIs to allow for easy development.
