YouTube analyst Cheeky Crypto believes XRP’s price peak in 2025 will follow Bitcoin’s market cycle closely.  

The expert emphasized that historical Bitcoin bull runs have consistently aligned with U.S. election cycles. Bitcoin halvings occurring every four years, also play a key role in these cycles.

Cheeky Crypto noted that Bitcoin often peaks a year after the U.S. elections. Past cycles show peaks in December 2013, December 2017, and November 2021, occurring a year after elections. Following this pattern, he anticipates BTC to hit its next peak in 2025’s Q4.

In the 2017-2018 crypto bull market, Bitcoin and XRP saw peak valuations at different times. With Bitcoin topping in December 2017, XRP followed shortly after, in January 2018. Similarly, in 2021, the SEC case affected XRP’s price action, preventing a second peak from aligning with Bitcoin’s Q4 rally.

According to Cheeky Crypto, if XRP follows previous cycles, it could see an initial bullish run in April 2025, a cooldown in the summer, and a final surge toward Q4 2025 or early 2026. This chronology is similar to that of XRP in 2017–2018 when it trailed Bitcoin by many months before peaking.

Cheeky Crypto presented scenarios for XRP’s price in 2025, ranging from conservative to highly speculative targets. 

The analyst’s base case suggests XRP could reach between $5 and $12. In a more optimistic scenario, XRP might climb as high as $50 to $60. For those looking at extreme possibilities, the analyst mentioned a highly speculative case where XRP could rally to $10,000 per token. 

However, this prediction remains uncertain and dependent on unforeseen market conditions. While some investors hope for exponential gains, the expert advises caution and strategic timing when considering exit points.

Given past cycles, the analyst suggested two key selling periods for XRP investors. 

The first opportunity could arise in April 2025, mirroring the 2017 cycle when XRP experienced an early-year surge. The final peak, however, is expected in Q4 2025, aligning with Bitcoin’s projected market top.

As the crypto market gears up for another potential bull run, traders and investors are watching XRP’s trajectory. If history repeats, timing may be more critical than price targets when planning an exit strategy.
