Xcalibra has received the green light to launch its crypto exchange in Colorado through the assistance of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, an international law firm. After seeking a ”no action” relief from Colorado, the cryptocurrency exchange got permission to offer its services to the Coloradans.
Xcalibra has witnessed significant growth in its engagements since it registered as a money service business. The registration was done by the US Department of the Treasury Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in January 2022.
The cryptocurrency exchange aims to continue spreading its forum beyond Colorado borders. Xcalibra is aiming to obtain ”no action” relief and money transmitter permits from all American states. Also, it is determined to carry on pursuing its regulatory and licensing journey to encourage its users across the nation to use its compliant forum to trade cryptocurrencies.
