The crypto market has experienced a notable shift recently, with many altcoins outpacing Bitcoin (BTC). However, not all trending altcoins listed by CoinGecko have shown significant gains today.

Render (RENDER), Bertram The Pomerania (BERT), and Hyperliquid (HYPE) are among the top altcoins currently attracting attention.

Render is one of the top trending altcoins today because of the buzzing narrative surrounding AI-themed cryptocurrencies. Over the last 30 days, RENDER’s price has increased by 77.59% but has declined by 5.70% within the last 24 hours.

This decline could be attributed to slight profit-taking, with the price trading at $8.30. From a technical standpoint, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has dropped, indicating that the momentum is no longer bullish.

If this is the case, then RENDER’s price might decrease to $7.24. However, if buying pressure increases again, this might not be the case. If that happens, the altcoins might rebound to $9.14.

Bertram The Pomerania (BERT), a Solana-based meme coin, is among today’s top-trending altcoins, fueled by growing market interest. Inspired by the late Instagram-famous dog of the same name, BERT has captured attention beyond its origins.

Adding to its buzz, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has been engaging with some of the coin’s posts on X (formerly Twitter), sparking speculation about a potential Binance listing. This prospect has further amplified investor interest.

As of this writing, BERT trades at $0.0078, which represents a 2,140% hike in the last 30 days. However, the meme coin’s value has decreased by 27.44% within the last 24 hours, indicating that buying pressure has reduced. 

On the 4-hour chart, BERT has dropped below the 20-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA). The image below also shows that the altcoin is on the verge of dropping below the 50 EMA (yellow).

If validated, the meme coin’s price could drop to $0.056. On the other hand, should the price rise above the EMA, this trend might change, and BERT could rise to $0.13.

Last week, Hyperliquid twice appeared on the list of top trending altcoins, indicating that the market is very interested in the cryptocurrency. While it is also trending today, data shows that HYPE’s price has increased. 

At press time, HYPE’s price is $8.52, representing an 11.82% decrease in the last 24 hours. However, the altcoin is still not listed on any major exchange, suggesting that it could still be in price discovery mode.

Should an exchange list it, the volume around HYPE might increase, which in turn might raise the price of altcoins. 

However, since the price has rallied significantly over the last few days, profit-taking might also rise. If that happens, the value might decline below $7.
