Согласно официальному заявлению, предоставление услуг по хранению и переводу таких активов, включая Tether USDT, не нарушает новое европейское законодательство о криптовалютах.
Биржа Binance прекратит поддержку девяти стейблкоинов на территории Европейской экономической зоны (EEA). Решение связано с необходимостью соблюдения требований MiCA. 31 марта платформа проведет делистинг спотовых пар со «стабильными монетами»: USDT; DAI; TUSD; USDP; FDUSD; AEUR; UST; USTC; PAXG.
Крупнейшая криптовалютная биржа Binance объявила о решении исключить из листинга все стейблкоины, не соответствующие нормам европейского регулятора, для пользователей из стран Европейской экономической зоны (ЕЭЗ).
