After recently announcing support for Avalanche (AVAX/USD), SubQuery continues to fulfill its promise of extensive multi-chain support.
The protocol announced it has become the first indexing protocol to support Terra (LUNA/USD), a blockchain protocol that deploys a suite of algorithmic decentralized stablecoins, Invezz learned from a press release.
Eliminating the need of custom data processingSubQuery’s data indexing technology gives developers the resources they needed to store, organize, and query on-chain data for their apps and protocols. By abstracting the backend, SubQuery does away with the need for custom data processing servers and allows developers to focus on user experience and product development instead of creating its own indexing solutions.
Support from SubQuery’s free managed service and moreTerra developers will get full support, tools, documentation, and other benefits from the SubQuery ecosystem. They will also be eligible to take part in the protocol’s Grants Program.
SubQuery’s free managed service processes hundreds of millions of requests per day and offers enterprise level infrastructure hosting. This is made possible by SubQuery’s extensive experience creating the leading data indexer in Polkadot (DOT/USD).
Sam Zou, Founder and CEO of SubQuery, commented:
SubQuery is a fundamental piece of web3 infrastructure and we are delighted to support the explosive growth occurring in Terra. We can’t wait to see how teams in the Terra ecosystem leverage SubQuery’s leading-edge indexing technology to build fast and feature-rich dApps.
A leading data indexing solutionSince it was founded last year, the protocol has established itself as the main data indexing solution in Polkadot. Its rapid growth is reflected in its involvement in leading projects such as Moonbeam and Acala.
This accelerated growth has brought SubQuery to create a priority list of another five Layer-1 blockchains to support this year, with Terra being the second of these five.
SubQuery network to launch in Q2/2022SubQuery is presently focused on decentralization and tokenization to build the SubQuery Network, which will be launched in the second quarter of this year. This network will feature innovative payment methods, be simple and accessible to all, and support indexing Terra projects from the get-go.
