The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has delayed deciding on Invesco Galaxy’s application for a spot Ether ETF, with the next deadline on July 5.

U.S. SEC Delays Decision on VanEck's Bitcoin ETF Until February 2019

The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed its decision to approve or disapprove the VanEck/SolidX bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF).
