Schulte Roth & Zabel (SRZ) announces the addition of Brian C. Miner as a partner in the M&A and Securities Group. He joins the firm from Holland & Knight.
Mr. Miner concentrates his practice in private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies. He has substantial experience across a broad range of sectors, including financial services and asset management, life sciences and healthcare, energy and manufacturing. Mr. Miner frequently advises clients on acquisitions and dispositions of interests in alternative asset management firms, including structuring, negotiating and executing minority investments in private equity fund managers.
