House Financial Services Committee chair renews call for stablecoin legislation after PayPal’s PYUSD announcement

Representative Patrick McHenry, (R-NC), chair of the  U. S. House Financial Services Committee Chairman, endorsed PayPal’s recently-announced stablecoin on Aug. 7. According to McHenry, the U.S. House is expected to introduce a crypto bill within the next two months.
