Alternative financial information provider Casey Research has published a new marketing campaign online for E.B. Tucker’s Strategic Investor newsletter. It’s called the “5G Master Key”.
Under this new marketing campaign, Casey Research attempts to convince you that 5G – fifth generation mobile wireless technology – is one of the biggest stories of 2020.
According to Casey Research, 5G “will usher $12 trillion in new wealth” with “super-fast download speeds, self-driving cars, remote surgeries, and artificial intelligence”.
5G isn’t perfect, however: it’s filled with fatal flaws. Strategic Investor’s E.B. Tucker claims to have identified one “tiny company – with over 124 patents” that has rolled out something called the 5G Master Key. This 5G Master Key reportedly fixes 5G’s flaws, making this company an excellent investment opportunity.
In response to the 5G Master Key report, Strategic Investor is selling subscriptions for $49 per year (normal price is $129). Your subscription includes the 5G Master Key report.
What is the 5G Master Key? Which company holds the 5G Master Key? Keep reading to discover everything you need to know about Strategic Investor’s new 5G Master Key report.
What is the 5G Master Key?The 5G Master Key is a set of technologies created by a single company. This company has identified fatal flaws in 5G and wants to fix them. They purportedly own “revolutionary technology” that will help 5G expand nationwide over the coming months.
To understand the 5G Master Key, we need to understand 5G. 5G is the fifth generation wireless technology for cellular networks. It began being deployed in 2019. Virtually every major telecom company in the developed world is deploying 5G antennas or planning to deploy them in the near future.
5G has speeds ranging from 50 Mbits/s to over 2 gigabits per second (Gbps), with those speeds expected to grow as fast as 100Gbps as the technology improves. That would make 5G 100 times faster than 4g.
In the United States, all four major carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint) have announced plans to deploy 5G in 2019. Deployment will start in major metropolitan areas, with Atlanta becoming the first city to have it available with all four carriers on July 31.
America’s 5G networks will be built on 5G infrastructure from three companies, including Nokia, Ericsson, and Samsung.
Who Owns the 5G Master Key?Strategic Investor claims that the company that owns the 5G Master Key has the potential to make 9,700% gains as 5G sweeps across the internet.
Investors can buy the share for under $10 today. The company has global telecommunication companies, national governments, and even the U.S. military offering contracts.
“One of its contracts alone is worth nearly a quarter-billion dollars,” explains Strategic Investor in its sales page for the 5G Master Key.
So who actually owns the 5G Master Key?
Without giving anything away, we can make an educated guess that Strategic Investor is talking about Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC), whose stock is currently selling for around $9 USD per share. Ericsson has been heating up in recent weeks. On January 21, 2020, President Trump announced that the United States has partnered with Ericsson on 5G technology. Trump described how “Ericsson’s done a great job with 5G”. Shares in the company jumped on the news.
Ericsson is a Swedish multinational headquartered in Stockholm. The company was founded all the way back in 1876 by Lars Magnus Ericsson, making it one of the oldest telecommunication companies in the world. Initially, the company focused on telegraph equipment and early telephone technology.
Today, Ericsson employs 95,000 people while operating in 180 countries. The company also holds 49,000 patents, including plenty of wireless communication patents. In 2012, Ericsson held a 35% market share in the 2G, 3G, 4G mobile network infrastructure. It seems like they’re positioned to have a similar share in 5G.
We haven’t yet received access to the 5G Master Key Report, so take everything with a grain of salt. Based on the clues on Strategic Investor’s sales page, however, it seems likely that they’re talking about Ericsson.
However, it’s also possible that Strategic Investor has identified a much smaller company with access to 5G technology. Ericsson is one of Sweden’s largest companies, and it’s certainly not an unknown company.
Why Do We Need the 5G Master Key?Why do we need a “master key” for 5G? What needs to be fixed?
Well, E.B. Tucker of Strategic Investor claims 5G can “transform our lives…[but] there’s a major flaw that needs to get fixed.”
The company that holds the 5G Master Key has some type of technology “that instantly fixes 5G’s glitch”.
E.B. Tucker actually describes 5G’s flaw upfront: the wireless technology uses short waves that are easily blocked by any solid object – like a wall, door, or tree. To stay connected, you need to stand very close to a 5G cell antenna. If there’s an object between you and the antenna, then you won’t receive 5G signal.
Telecommunication companies have been left with a choice: to place tens of millions of 5G cell antennas every few hundred feet across the United States; or, pay the company that holds the 5G Master Key.
The company that holds the 5G Master Key has a technology that can transmit and extend short-range signals. The company uses a network of “micro satellites” that hover above earth. It’s called the “SKY”. Once the SKY launches into orbit, it can distribute 5G signals over a wider area than earth-based cell towers would cover.
Essentially, the SKY will eliminate dead spots in 5G’s coverage, extending 5G to anyone who needs it.
How Much Money Can You Make with Strategic Investor’s Investment Advice?Just like with most Strategic Investor marketing campaigns online, the marketing campaign for 5G Master Key is filled with claims of extraordinary profits.
Do you want to get rich quick? Do you have just a small amount of money to invest? If so, Strategic Investor wants to give you great investment advice that will quickly make you wealthy.
The sales page claims that the company that owned the 2G master key grew 17,600%, while the company that owned the 4G master key gained 17,672%. Now, Strategic Investor is projecting a gain of 9,700% for Ericsson (or whichever company it believes holds the 5G Master Key).
The sales page for 5G Master Key is filled with bold claims from E.B. Tucker. Tucker claims that the 9,700% rise “may be a conservative estimate”, and that the company’s stock might actually rise much higher.
E.B. Tucker also claims that today’s billionaires have already taken a position on 5G:
Warren Buffett, who has famously shunned tech stocks for decades, recently invested $2.1 billion in a company testing out 5G in six U.S. states
Bill Gates, meanwhile, recently invested directly in a 5G stock called Crown Castle; Crown Castle’s telecom towers will only work if they partner with the company that holds the 5G Master Key
George Soros has also taken a position in 5G, buying stock in a small company called Liberty Broadband
Who is E.B. Tucker?E.B. Tucker is the senior tech analyst at Casey Research. Through Casey Research’s Strategic Investor newsletter, Tucker shares his thoughts on which tech stocks are scheduled to explode with growth in the near future.
Tucker claims to have unique insight into telecommunications. He was recently part of a small group at DARPA (the tech arm of the Department of Defense), where Under Secretary of Defense Michael Griffin discussed the next generation of GPS. He also regularly meets with scientists and engineers involved in the telecom space.
Tucker mentions several claims to fame: in April 1985, he alerted readers about a major biotech opportunity in a company called Biogen, which rallied to gains of 24,400% (if you had held onto it from 1985 to 2015). Tucker also mentions his recommendation of Amgen, Inc., which sold its shares for 12 cents in the 1980s and now sells them for $226, a gain of 160,000%.
As with any “get rich quick” style investment gurus, it’s important to take Tucker’s advice with a grain of salt. Gurus aren’t going to tell you about their stock recommendations that failed.
