Inspired by the @FlufWorld team’s vision for the Open Metaverse to enable a seamless user experience across worlds and empower users to own their content, identity, data, avatar and intelligence – well aligned with @Ripple’s vision for an IoV.

She also stated:

XRPL will support the Open Metaverse’s Root Network for efficient liquidity and settlement of tokenized assets at scale, and XRP as the native asset for transactions to keep gas fees super low. Free and open to all metaverse devs, the Root Network will also support EVM smart contracts, bringing the power of XRPL and EVM together for the first time.
