The cryptocurrency market saw a sudden surge in the prices of the cryptocurrencies as the bear snoozes. Litecoin [LTC], the fourth largest cryptocurrency on CoinMarketCap list, pumped by over 2% in an hour and was followed by EOS, the sixth largest coin.

At press time, LTC pumped by 2.26% in an hour and was valued at $118.96 with a market cap of $7.36 billion. The coin recently surpassed Bitcoin Cash [BCH] in terms of market cap, as halving nears, and acquired the fourth position. According to CoinMarketCap data, LTC’s 24-hour trading volume was noted to be $4.36 billion as it noted a spike in its price by 4.40% over the past day on Binance. It noted a growth of 3.85%over the past week.
LTC was highly traded on Coineal as it reported a trading volume of $480 million via LTC/BTC pair. Coinall followed suit as it reported a volume of $406 million with LTC/BTC pair. The third place was taken by CoinEgg with $277 million in volume via LTC/USDT pair.
EOS
EOS spiked by 3.43% in an hour and was valued at $6.45 with a market cap of $5.93 billion. After Fighting the bear in the market, the coin reported significant growth over the past day and was making up for the 17% fall over the past week. EOS’s 24-hour trading volume was noted to be $2.17 billion.
The coin was highly traded on ZBG with EOS/USDT pair as it reported the trading volume of $139 million. The second place was taken by DOBI Exchange with $131million in trading via EOS/USDT pair. DOBI Exchange was followed by FCoin as the volume reported by it was $103 million with EOS/USDT pair.
