U.S. SEC Delays Decision on VanEck's Bitcoin ETF Until February 2019

The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has postponed its decision to approve or disapprove the VanEck/SolidX bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). A Guide to 99% Fault Tolerant Consensus
