Generate Capital, a lending company, is acquiring Compute North’s stake in two mega-mining facilities (a 300 MW facility in Wolf Hollow, Texas, and a 100 MW one in Kearny, Nebraska) for $5 million. origin »
The lender is paying $5 million in cash and assuming liabilities associated with the two sites, which total 400 MW of operating capacity.
