Dunamu Inc., a South Korean company behind crypto exchange Upbit, has announced the inaugural Upbit Developer Conference 2018 (UDC 2018). The UDC 2018 event, to be held between September 13 and 14 on Jeju Island in South Korea, will help in growing the platform into a specialized forum. One where a global gathering of developers will engage in in-depth discussions on key technological issues within the blockchain ecosystem.

Dunamu previously announced a KRW 100 billion ($93 million) investment in blockchain technology for the next three years, and the UDC aligns with its vision. It will also focus on artificial intelligence, fintech and other investments via mergers and acquisitions.
