Blockchain Cuties is the new collectible crypto game with adventures where you get to play with puppies, lizards, bear cubs, cats and other real and fantasy creatures alike. Each cutie is unique and 100% belongs to you. You get to collect them, breed them, test their skills in battles, arm them and even level them up! In-game economy lets you trade cuties using smart contracts on Ethereum blockchain.
Each cutie, which is an ERC-721 token, can be transferred or sold to other players just like a regular cryptocurrency. It is already available on three different blockchain platform, Ethereum, EOS, and TRON.
In Chinese societies, a red envelope is a monetary gift which is given during holidays or special occasions such as weddings, graduation or the birth of a baby. Notably, in 2014, mobile instant messaging service WeChat introduced the ability to distribute virtual red envelopes of money to contacts and groups via its mobile payment platform.
Adoption of WeChat Pay saw a major increase following the launch, and two years later, over 32 billion virtual envelopes were sent over the Chinese New Year holiday in 2016.
Recently in an AMA their CEO Vladimir Tomko was asked about the problems in the DApp community, to which he said:
“The main difficulty for the DApp industry is that the new user acquisition is extremely expensive. Since Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Twitter refuse to run crypto advertising, it leaves us with very narrow and overpriced options for promotion. The other challenge is the complexity of the crypto environment. For example, a new user needs a minimum of 1.5 hours to start playing our game on EOS. And if they are new to crypto it might even take a week. However, I think that this problem will be mitigated in the future, as both infrastructure and crypto adoption is likely to improve. “
