CoinPayments and Shopify Formalize Their Ongoing Partnership

2020-5-22 05:00

Another big partnership is in the works for CoinPayments. One of the biggest crypto payment processors is partnering Shopify to bring Bitcoin payments to store owners.

When it comes to accepting cryptocurrency payments, a few different options are available.

A big Step Forward for CoinPayments

Utilizing a payment processor for Bitcoin and altcoins is often the best way to go.

Several options can be explored, with CoinPayments perhaps providing the most encompassing service of them all.

The company is now entering a partnership with Shopify to expand its reach.

Shopify is a popular tool to create online stores, and integrating additional payment options is always an option worth exploring.

The choice for CoinPayments is remarkable, however.

It would appear that the Shopify team has high expectations for digital currency payments as well.

Both companies have been working together since early 2019.

At that time, a beta trial was conducted successfully, allowing for a further collaboration.

For CP, the goal is to keep expanding its reach, and more announcements are expected to follow in the near future.

As online shopping and e-commerce continues to grow globally, there are new options waiting to be explored by industry participants.

It is a beneficial move for the crypto industry, although the impact of this partnership remains to be determined.
