Circle Invest platform added support for four new crypto assets — EOS, Stellar, 0x and Qtum. The platform now offers a total of 11 digital currencies for users. The platform announced the addition via a blog post on Friday, suggesting that Circle Invest has become one of the top apps for accessing a variety of digital assets. Users can buy these assets on the platform individually. All four coins will also be available within the “Buy the Market” feature of Circle Invest, which allows users to buy diversified crypto portfolio in just one click.
What Made Circle Choose These Four Assets?The platform suggests that the four assets satisfied the conditions of the Circle Asset Framework, like other crypto coins it has previously listed. The Framework defines the potential of a coin to contribute to the crypto infrastructure and help in developing the digital asset ecosystem. It also takes robust development, availability of an experienced and distinguished team and genuine value creation for the investors into account. Additionally, the assets must have sufficient user interest and liquidity to be listed on Circle Invest.
EOS is the most popular asset added to the platform. Currently the fifth largest cryptocurrency in the world with over $5 billion in market capitalization, EOS is designed to help developers build new decentralized applications using smart contracts. It also brings several improvements over the Ethereum network, including better scalability.
New Feature Added to Circle InvestThe platform explained in the post:
“As we introduce new crypto assets, we also recognize the need to educate our customers and bring clarity to this fascinating, yet complex asset class. We see an opportunity to shed light on the goals of each crypto project, the role of the crypto asset within the project and on what gives each crypto asset value.”
To fulfill this objective, it is launching a new feature on the Circle Invest platform. Named “Explore,” the feature will help users get contextual and relevant information for cryptocurrencies. It aims to bring simple and easy-to-understand content for the users to help bring cryptocurrencies to the mainstream.
