Cilinix notes a significant 36% decline in trading volume, though he attributes this primarily to seasonal holiday effects rather than fundamental weakness.

Technical Analysis and Future Projections

Cilinix highlights XRP’s recent breakthrough above the crucial “value area low” around 2.2 as a positive indicator. While the immediate gains were modest, he interprets this as a sign of underlying strength in XRP’s technical structure.

The analyst identifies what he describes as an “extremely bullish” chart pattern, suggesting the formation of a bullish flag that could precede significant upward movement.

Stablecoin Development Impact

The analyst provides a critical assessment of Ripple’s stablecoin (RLUSD), noting its current $1 million trading volume significantly lags behind major competitors like USDT ($128 billion) and DAI ($150 million).

While initially expected to boost XRP’s momentum, Cilinix suggests the stablecoin’s performance has yet to meaningfully impact the broader ecosystem.
