Coinbase is developing a service which will specifically target Australia' self-managed pensions sector, the exchange's Asia-Pacific Managing Director John O’Loghlen told Bloomberg.
The asset manager has been helping educate pension funds, endowments and sovereign wealth funds about the new spot bitcoin ETF products, the firm's head of digital assets said.

The Nasdaq-listed cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has revealed record growth in its institutional business. “This year, interest from pension funds and hedge funds has skyrocketed, supported by the roll-out of crypto-ETPs as well as an increased understanding of the crypto economy,” said Coinbase.
