Cache is a blockchain project that claims to make blockchain tools more accessible for developers and startups in an effort to increase effective, user adoption. The main factors that have contributed to the overall establishment of this project include the notions of “assets, tokens, decentralization, and identity management to name the least.
About Cache ICO TokenCache also serves as the native token in its platform, which will be used as an entry into devslopes’ learning materials on the technology at hand. As for the platform Cache operates in, it is that of the NEM blockchain. Its emphasis on the Restful APIs is what attracted the team for choosing NEM, as it allegedly permits developers “to build unique, friendly solutions on top of the platform”. Another facet that makes NEM blockchain preferable over Ethereum’s is its rather low transaction fees for trading Cache tokens.
The Cache-typescript, an open source library that stemmed from the NEM ecosystem and further improved by the Cache team accepts payments on iOS, Android and websites, permits one to send/receive the Cache token via any device and PC, create apps and much more.
According to the claims made, the Cache team plans to target the problem at hand, that is both the lack of understanding and tools, with two key solutions: Blockstart platform and Cacheout ecosystem.
The reason for choosing to create a platform called Blockstart supposedly flourished out of necessity, as the team believes that the only individuals who can bring the tech at hand to the people are developers and companies. Hence, the Blockstart platform’s ability to offer “tools focused on empowering developers, startups, products and enterprise to implement blockchain technology,” is the driving force that makes user adoption a reality.
Cacheout ecosystem appears to stem from the lack of understanding and sound reasoning. Based on how the team perceives it, by establishing this respective platform, they are offering developers and consumers the ability to ask questions that get quality responses, that is, mostly revolving around the programming and coding aspects of things. Cacheout will supposedly use Angular, a TypeScript-based open-source front end web app platform, to ensure ease-of-use has been underlined.
The Cache team consists of former students of Devslopes. Their drive to enhance and boost programming and blockchain knowledge was also a fundamental factor that contributed to the creation of Cache. The Devslopes platform has been known to successfully teach over 300,000 students globally in a timespan of three years.
As per Cache’s whitepaper,
“if we make the technology easier to understand and use, and then train developers on how to use that technology, we can quickly onboard developers and companies throughout the world to start using blockchain.”
