Cryptocurrency Purchase Platform Bitit Adds EUR Deposits And Withdrawals
In a bid to make it easier for users to purchase cryptocurrencies, Bitit has announced the addition of EUR deposit and Withdraw option on their site.
Revealing the news on Twitter, Bitit said that they are now offering a free EUR Wallet for all users, allowing them to use their European bank accounts to transfer euros from and to their Bitit accounts. This option will be available for customers of the 35 SEP-supported European Union.

Speaking about the new EUR support, the CEO and founder of Bitit, Nicolas Katan, commented:
“Europe is our main market, and we’ve been asked so many times for the ability to hold traditional currencies with Bitit. Now we’re giving investors that opportunity.”
How It WorksAccording to a Bitit blog post, users will be allowed to transfer fiat currency in EUR to their Bitit wallets, either through SEPA transfer or sending money from their bank account. The money will reflect in the wallet, which users can then use to buy cryptocurrencies or store it safely.
Bitit doesn’t have any balance limit, meaning that users can make as many deposits and withdrawals as they wish. With the EUR wallet, users can also purchase up to 30,000 euros per day, with each trade costing them 0.25%. The deposit fees, according to the company, are 0.15%, with a minimum of 3 euros.
The blog post also stated that users that go through further verification could have their limits increased further, meaning that they can purchase cryptocurrencies worth more than 30,000 euros per day.
In respect to this, the blog post noted:
“Starting today, users who have their EUR Wallet set up will have unlimited deposits and withdrawals and can buy up to €30,000 per week, whether it’s all bought on one day or in multiple purchases throughout the week. €30,000 is not enough? That’s ok, once your account is verified further your buying limits can be increased at any time.”
More Fiat Currency Support To FollowAccording to Bitit, the introduction of EUR support is just the start. The company expects to roll out new fiat currencies in the near future, allowing users to fund their Bitit accounts using CHF and GBP. This is expected to be unveiled once the company adds the “Sell” feature.
