Users Of Blockchain.com Report Issues With The Platform

It seems that Blockchain.com is experiencing some issues with the Bitcoin wallet that it has created. According to some reports, there are three common issues with the wallet.

There are some users that are not able to log in to their accounts. Several users are asking on social media on how to solve the situation. According to the Reddit user Domainity_youtube, he is having issues with the Blockchain Wallet.

In a picture that he uploaded to Reddit, there is a message that reads as follows:

“Blockchain Wallet cannot obtain an Internet connection. Please check the connectivity on your device and try again.”

Some users started to comment under his post explaining that they are experiencing similar issues with their devices. One of these users mentioned that he received a payment and that he couldn’t have access to them.

“Not your keys, not your bitcoin. Finally getting this now,” he said.

According to a user in Israel that talked with Financial Magnates, he saw his wallet balance reach zero. Nevertheless, the funds were still there after a few hours. Additionally, he mentioned that he was not able to send money out of the wallet after this situation.

Blockchain.com is one of the most known crypto- and blockchain-related platforms in the market. It offers different services for users that want to learn and know more about virtual currencies. In the past, Blockchain.com was called Blockchain.info, and it was established in 2011 in Luxembourg.

The official website claims that the company is already managing over 31 million wallets from users all over the world. Additionally, these users transacted $200 billion between them. Furthermore, the site claims that Blockchain.com offers the lowest fees in the whole industry.

Developers will have to work to solve this issues and be sure that users’ funds are stored properly on their wallets.
