Binance Exchange Dominates Centralized Exchanges (CEXEs) in Terms of Web Traffic

Phoenix, a crypto analytics platform, has published a list of top centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXEs) by monthly web traffic across various countries. The term ‘Web Traffic’ refers to the total volume of users, or visitors, who navigate to and search a specific website within a selected timeframe.

This Web Traffic is measured by determining the total number of visitors, who visit, the month change, and pages turned over per visit, from different corners of the world. Here is a list of Centralized Blockchains that have eye-catching figures in the given three aspects, with countries. Phoenix has shared this news on its official X account.

Binance Stays Ahead as Coinbase and OKX Compete for Second Place

The names of these centralized blockchains are Binance, Coinbase, OKX, KuCoin, Gate, ByBit, Kraken, Upbit, and HTX. The Binance blockchain is dominating despite a change of -2.3% from the last month. 42.2M visits have been recorded on the Binance blockchain, and 7.23 pages were being viewed by visitors from countries like South Korea, India, and Turkey.

Coinbase and OKX appear at the 2nd and 3rd positions with total visits of 24.4M and 24.2M, respectively. Although Coinbase shows an increasing trend in monthly change, Coinbase and OKX have a difference of 0.2M with each other.

In Coinbase, 5.17 pages were visited by users from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, along with a monthly change of -8.6%. Furthermore, OKX comes with +4.8% monthly change and 4.29 pages per visit from the people of the United States, Japan, and Vietnam.

KuCoin and Gate Face Monthly Drops, While Bybit Shows Growth

KuCoin and Gate calculated the number of visitors as 15.6M and 13.8M, along with the change of -14.0% and -5.7% in the last month, respectively. Both exchanges show a negative trend in change over the month. The visitors of these two blockchains mainly came from the United States and the Philippines. While a small proportion of Turkey and South Korea also came for KuCoin and Gate blockchains, and turned 13.61 and 15.47 pages per visit, respectively.

Bybit is a centralized blockchain that gains the 6th position in the given list of blockchains with a total of 12.7M total visitors. Bybit also has a monthly change of +0.9%, and attracts the people of South Korea, Ukraine, and Turkey. 8.31 pages per visit have been recorded on April 23, 2026.

Kraken Records Positive Momentum as Upbit Faces Major Drop

Kraken blockchain indicates a unique behavior from the given list of blockchains in terms of monthly change. It has shown a positive change of +2.3% with 6.8M total visitors over the last month.  People came from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, and visited 6.73 pages per visit. These values are calculated from last month’s statistics.

Upbit and HTX blockchains have got the 2nd last and last position with 6.7M and 2.1M total visitors with a monthly change of -21.5% and +3.7%, respectively, over the previous month. The people who turn 12.81 pages per visit come from South Korea, Indonesia, and United States, for the Upbit exchange. In the HTX blockchain, people contributed from Ukraine, Brazil, and India, with 4.67 pages per visit.
