Philippines’ CEZA Approves First Digital Asset Token Offering (DATO)

MANILA, Philippines (September 2nd, 2019) — The Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), Asia Blockchain and Crypto Association (ABACA) and First Bullion Holdings Inc.
