New Report From Tron (TRX) Shows Major Developments In Games And DEX Developments
Tron’s Dapp Weekly Report was just released for their work from February 2nd to February 8th. In the new publication, the company starts by celebrating the first week of the Lunar New Year, marking a whole year of “gratifying results.” Those results primarily include the expansion of decentralized applications on their DApps, including “8 decentralized exchanges, 65 blockchain games, 47 games, 6 collection games, and 3 candy box projects.
The company continues, showing their ongoing growth of over 10% per week since the end of 2018, and the DAUs have already reached 50,000. If this growth continues at the same rate, the company expects that this number will be doubled before the year’s end.
Overall, consumers should keep in mind that the ecosystem of decentralized apps is still young, and there are still many users that the technology has yet to reach. However, the Medium blog post with this report states, “We hope that in the future, when the entire DApp ecosystem is having its moment, TRON will still be at the forefront.”
One of the other major developments in the company is the Tron DApp US department, which has its own header in the report. The go-to dApp with Tron seems to be a program called Tronbet, which was launched in October last year as a game platform for betting. The company plans to soon launch a “festive event in real time,” which will include incentives to mine. Tron credits this opportunity as one of the many reasons that “Tronbet can last forever.”
Along with Tronbet, the second dApp is “Hi Red Envelope.” The blog states, “Hi Red Envelope is an online red envelope game platform with a variety of fun games. It combines the traditional red envelope game and blockchain technology to ensure that the game results are fair and just.” The dApp has added PK and Happy Solitaire.
The company lists one final dApp, which is P2P Dice, a project of the HitDapp team. Players can participate with other users in a dice game, costing 50 TRX in each round. The contributions become a bonus pool for the round and awarded to the winner. If there is no winner, the users get a refund.
Explaining their progression towards adding more to the ecosystem, the company explains,
“TRON has been collaborating with numerous token information websites to open up a TRON-specific area and exhibit the TRON projects and token. This week, TRON and ICObench have reached cooperation, and ICObench will be displayed on the homepage of TRON.”
