The latest celebrity to show interest in Bitcoin is NFL icon Tom Brady, who recently joined in on the NFT (non-fungible token) mania by launching the platform called Autograph.

Less than 24 hours back, Jason Yanowitz, co-founder of Blockworks talked about Brady being involved in the trillion-dollar cryptocurrency.

In response to Yanowitz’s tweet “Rumor has it Tom Brady is loading up on Bitcoin. Retweet if you think the GOAT should turn on laser eyes. Let’s make it happen,” Brady asked if he should change it.

On Monday, Brady did just that. He changed his Twitter profile pic with red laser eyes showing his support for Bitcoin. With his tweet with a new profile picture, he has joined the likes of MicroStrategy CEO Michael Saylor, Senator Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), SkyBridge Capital CEO Anthony Scaramucci, and many others.

“We have laser-eyed mayors, congressmen, senators, billionaires, and actors. Now we have the greatest quarterback of all time. Bitcoin has only two more levels left: the first laser-eyed central banker, and the first laser-eyed head of state,” said Balaji S. Srinivasan, former CTO of Coinbase and General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz.
