On June 7, via Twitter, developer Wietse Wind announced that the Hooks V2 “Staging net” is now running with the most up to date version of Hooks:

The Hooks V2 “Staging net” is now running with the most up to date version of Hooks (beta, expect dragons!) as well as all XRP Ledger amendments. This means the Hooks V2 “Staging net” also has XLS-20 support.

He also added:

This network is “full history” (so the known issue with the official XLS20 Devnet resetting / losing history does not apply to the Hooks V2 “Staging net”).
