Switcheo Prepares To Offer Users Hardware Wallets By Collaborating With Ledger
Switcheo offers a NEO-based exchange that thrives on a decentralized ecosystem. They have been in the news lately for their many strides, but their latest effort seems to be to make their platform safer. Online wallets are among the most easily hacked technologies out there, and Switcheo has decided to collaborate with Ledger to release hardware wallets with adaptive infrastructure.
Within the new partnership, Ledger and Switcheo will be working closely together to develop the right hardware wallet to suit the needs of investors. Specifically, they plan to make it possible to trade from the wallet directly, while adapting for multi-chain and cross-chain transactions.
In reference to the changes, the Switcheo team said,
“Delivering a seamless trading experience and ensuring the security of our users’ funds have always been the priority of Switcheo Network. We are glad to partner with a like-minded company such as Ledger, which will help us in providing these benefits to our users.”
Switcheo setup the support for the new Ledger devices on their exchange, which was finalized last month.
