Decentraland MANA/USD is an open-source virtual world 3D platform where users can engage in a variety of different activities through the utilization of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the MANA cryptocurrency token.

MANA is the digital asset token that is used for the payment of goods as well as services within the virtual world, and it is built on top of the Ethereum blockchain, which follows the ERC-20 token standard.

On December 29, we covered the best play-to-earn tokens, where MANA was included.

Samsung conducted a partnership with Decentraland to open its flagship 837 store within the metaverse, and the virtual Samsung 837X store will be open for a limited time.

There is also a physical store located at 837 Washington Street in New York City’s Meatpacking District, Manhattan.

However, the virtual store will offer digital adventures through what is known as the “Connectivity Theater and Sustainability Forest” and a musical celebration at the “Customization Stage,” according to Samsung.

On January 7, Decentraland made an official post on Twitter about a raffle for Samsung’s epic, legendary and mythic wearables. 

Decentraland also implemented a special type of smart contract which allows wearables creators to get royalties from every transaction which has been conducted through their NFTs.

On January 7, Decentraland (MANA) had a value of $3.23.

In order for us to see what this value point is for the Decentraland (MANA) token, we will compare it to its ATH point of value as well as its performance in December.

The all-time high value of the Decentraland (MANA) token was on November 25, when the token reached a value of $5.85. Here, we can see that at its ATH value, the token was $2.62 higher in value or by 81%.

When we go over the performance of the token last month, on December 1, the token had a value of $4.81, which was its highest value of the month.

Its lowest point of value was on December 15, when it decreased in value to $2.94. This gives us an indication that from December 1 to December 15, the token decreased in value by $1.87 or by 38%.

However, from December 15 to January 7, the token increased in value by $0.29 or by 10%.

With this in mind, we can expect Decentraland (MANA) to reach $4 in value by the end of January, making it a worthwhile investment.
