ReserveBlock Foundation RBX Network is bringing NFTs to Miami, thanks to a collaboration between the first open-source decentralized NFT Centric Blockchain and a local team, the Venture Miami Team.
The partnership will afford Miami residents the opportunity to develop Miami-centric NFTs. This will create a pathway to the utility through the RBX Network’s NFTs and enable them to put Miami Coin to use as the ecosystem continues to develop.
“If last year was the year of mainstreaming, this will be the year of utility and adoption,” said Mayor Francis Suarez of Venture Miami.. “Collaborating with open-source platforms like ReserveBlock is a major step in that direction as we continue to explore ways to leverage blockchain technology for the benefit of Miamians and Miami Coin holders.”
RBX Network started its public testnet on 1 March 2022 with master nodes running a validator program and providing network governance through the core wallet on any local device. Due to the decentralized and distributed nature of the platform, it is also achieving true carbon neutrality. The team’s mission of democratizing network participation for all is being achieved by reducing the challenges inherent in existing networks and giving coin holders unique value.
As part of the collaboration, the internal Venture Miami team will be participating in the public testnet on the RBX Network through a designated RBX core wallet. This will allow the team to experience the network Masternode infrastructure first-hand and will work with RBX to develop Miami-centric NFTs after the mainnet launch in the coming weeks.
