В сети Bitcoin Cash произошел долгожданный форк, хоть и на пару часов позже запланированного срока. Последний общий блок 661647 нашел майнинг-пул Binance. Решающий блок 661648 нашел Antpool, после чего BCH разделился на 2 ветви – BCHN и BCHABC. Сразу после этого первый блок добыли в BCHN, который теперь ведущий для тикера BCH. Обновленная версия намерена устранить длительную генерацию новых блоков.

Цифровую валюту, созданную певцом Эйконом, наконец запустили. Планируется, что она станет ведущей валютой в Akon City – футуристическом городе стоимостью $6 млрд, который сейчас строят в Сенегале. Первой торги с токеном AKN открыла биржа Bittrex в парах с BTC и USDT. По данным Coingecko, курс Akoin на сегодня составляет $0,15, а торговый оборот за 24 часа – $89 594. За последние сутки цена AKN выросла на 1,5%.

На прошлой неделе в Беларуси начал работать криптообменный сервис whitebird.io – совместный проект резидента ПВТ компании WhiteBird и Беларусбанка. Инструмент позволит жителям Беларуси и России приобретать и продавать криптовалюту за рубли с использованием карт Visa.
