OmiseGo Almost Completing Its ‘Tesuji Plasma’ Integration

OmiseGo, an Ethereum-based project, has announced some crucial advances in its ‘Tesuji Plasma’ Development and Integration. In its monthly community update, the company’s team said that they conducted a number of important advances in Plasma technology, its first iteration.

According to the update, OmiseGo mentioned that they have already succeeded in developing all the necessary elements, reaching their set objectives set out in company’s roadmap.

However, the tram was quick to state that, although they had an achieved significant steps in the Plasma technology integration, the developments were not yet mature enough to be implemented officially. They explained:

“The first four (PoA, exits, CLI, multiple currencies) are done and on internal testnet. Atomic swaps are a feature, not infrastructure, so although they are among the list of goals they are not a necessity for launch. When the time comes, we’ll go ahead to regardless of whether atomic swaps are ready to go.”

In order to facilitate their work, OmiseGo’s development team said that they divided the project in two stages: Minimum Viable Plasma (MVP), and More Viable Plasma (MoreVP)

OmiseGo has also recorded another significant development in its objectives. It has successfully implemented a number of libraries that allow for the creation of smart contracts on the Minimum Viable Plasma platform. All testing is expected to allow for implementation of a more refined library soon.

Earlier on, there were also announcements on the release of other products and events across Asia, including Plasma Workshop, eWallet, and other events.
