Liminal Custody, a custody and wallet infrastructure platform for Web3-native institutions, is proud to announce that it has acquired the Financial Services Permission (FSP) license from the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).

The FSP license now allows Liminal Custody to operate as a regulated custodian within the ADGM and the Middle East market. The FSP license is a prestigious license defined under the Financial Services and Market Regulations Act 2015. It allows holders to conduct one or more regulated activities within the Middle East region.

Being granted the FSP license attests to Limanil’s commitment to regulatory compliance and user safety as it ventures into the innovational discovery of the digital asset industry.  Notably, the license allows Liminal to expand its operations to serve a wider range of users in one of the rapidly growing financial spaces in the world.
