In a recent Medium post shared by the B2B Communications Manager at Kik, it has been unveiled that the Kinit Beta App has gained popularity since its launch. The app was advertised as allowing users to shop with a wide range of offers provided by giants like Amazon and Google Play. However, it has also been noted that many of its followers and users have complained about the inefficient number of rewards currently being distributed.
The Kinit team did not take the criticism to heart, as they view it as a feedback that can help better users’ experience. In order to satisfy users’ needs, Kinit has secured two partnerships, one with a polling chatbot, Swelly and the remaining being, an ad-based tech firm, true[X].
Swelly & Kinit PartnershipThe Swelly and Kinit Partnership will allow brands to better assess what they need to work on through the feedback provided by its customers. Each user’s identity will be kept anonymous to prevent bias of any sorts. For every survey completed, users will earn Kin tokens in return. This is an efficient way to earn more tokens, as it has been noted that the said tasks involve “easy, low-effort polls and surveys.”
True[X] And Kinit PartnershipThe reason for joining digital ad firm, true[X] in Kinit’s endeavors is simply because it “fits into the Kinit experience”. The post also suggested that Kinit users “will now engage with interactive 30-second experiences from true[X]’s premium network of brand partners.”
Another reason that seems to strengthen the current partnership, is true[X]’s involvement with Kik points, which had to do with “the experiment with in-app currency”.
