The crypto market is under mixed sentiment currently despite rumors of a potential price surge this last quarter of the year. This sentiment has even affected top altcoins like Solana (SOL) and Avalanche (AVAX).

This loss comes after the recent correction in the crypto market. The Avalanche price dropped from the $29 region to a low of $24 before starting another upward movement. Going forward, the Avalanche coin faces strong resistance at the 200-SMA ($32.30).

Crossing this level would determine if the cryptocurrency can reach the long-anticipated $40 level. The last time the value of Avalanche crypto reached this level was in May.

Meanwhile, Avalanche (AVAX) has launched a $40 million grant to attract more developers to the network. The project has also announced that it is taking “Hack House” to Bangkok in November to teach Avalanche (AVAX) builders about Avalanche9000.
