Fmr director of Kraken Europe Raul Oliveira joins Spanish crypto exchange Bit2Me

Spanish bitcoin & crypto exchange platform Bit2Me has announced that it recently signed Raul Oliveira, former director of Kraken Europe, to join the company’s team of strategic advisors.

Oliveira has vast experience in the cryptocurrency industry and was previously an account manager at Kraken, a popular crypto exchange founded in San Francisco and present in more than 140 markets.

At Kraken, Oliveira was responsible for Europe, Middle East, and African markets for more than two years. He was a key person in the company’s growth in these businesses. Olivera hopes to replicate his experience as Bit2Me’s current goal is to expand across Europe and eventually internationally.

Raul joins the Spanish exchange at a key moment. Bit2Me just announced the launch of a public offering for its B2M token; the proceeds of which it intends to leverage for accelerating its global expansion.

Previous to the upcoming public B2M token offering, Bit2Me raised over €2.5M in a private funding round; the preliminary step to the public sale that will begin on September 6th.
