The Wall Street bank increased its price target on the crypto exchange’s shares to $345 from $260.
The stock lost nearly half of its value earlier this week following the tumble in altcoins and after the publication of a negative opinion piece in a crypto newsletter, the report said.
The broker initiated coverage of the stock with an outperform rating and a $2,890 price target.
The current macro backdrop has been positive for crypto market cap growth and trading volumes, the report said.
The positive momentum seen in the first quarter has continued, with the platform taking in a record $5 billion in deposits in April, the analysts said.
A Trump election win could be positive for crypto as his administration would likely push for a more supportive regulatory environment, the report said.
The business has a number of positive catalysts including its smart wallet Coinbase Prime, layer-2 network Base and its growing international offering, the analysts said.
