Bittrex Cryptocurrency Exchange Adds Stably (USDS) To Its Trading Pairs

Bittrex, one of the largest in the U.S., announced the addition of US Dollar pair to its stable USD (USDS) on January 3rd 2018.

In an announcement on their Blog, Bittrex exchange unveiled their long awaited fiat (USD) to stable USD pair that will begin trading on January 3rd 2018. Bittrex is one of the largest exchanges in United States and aims to keep the status with the latest introduction of Stably. This comes after the exchange added 0x (ZRX/USD) pair a few weeks ago and a partnership with Singapore’s International CryptoX on December 21st 2018.

Bittrex Announces Stably (USDS) Trading Pair

The announcement to add US Dollar pairs was first made in December with registered members of Bittrex allowed to trade the USD/USDS since December 14th 2018. Bittrex exchange will support retail and institutional traders and this users will make fiat deposits and withdrawals as well as trade using fiat on the exchange.

The stable USD (USDS), also known as Stably, is a cryptocurrency pegged to the US Dollar at a rate of 1 USDS = $1 USD. Stably offers low volatility and a fixed price to the dollar to guarantee a one-to-one exchange with all stablecoins in the market.

Furthermore, the exchange has opened up the service to 38 U.S. states and all the other countries around the world to participate in trading. Users have to open an account and get verification before trading on Bittrex exchange.

Those in unverified locations can also trade on Bittrex’s using other cryptocurrencies trading pairs such as Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC) and Ethereum (ETH). Bittrex currently supports US Dollar as the only acceptable fiat currency.

How To Activate Your Fiat Trading Account

Users who joined the exchange after September 4th can activate their existing corporate or personal accounts, add a bank account to enable USD deposits and withdrawals by visiting the personal Fiat (USD) Trading Request or the Corporate Fiat (USD) Trading Request links. The exchange further gives guidelines on the process of making your account eligible for USD trading.

In addition to Stably listing, Bittrex will start with a number of trading pairs to fiat currencies as more cryptocurrency pairs aim to be added in the near future.
