Bitcoin Rally Could Unlock Massive Gains for Crypto Gaming Coins – Expert

Hoping for a broad crypto bull run to lift all assets is a risky gamble according to entrepreneur Alex Becker. However, he argues crypto gaming is an ideal area to invest for major gains both during bull and bear cycles.

Becker states crypto gaming has a “freakishly strong, hyped and gaining adoption” narrative now. The hype alone could drive nuclear gains if the macro environment improves even slightly to allow room to run.

Unlike hoping for a tide to lift all crypto boats, gaming projects don’t need enormous amounts of new money flowing in to explode 20-50X per Becker. The sector has enough cash, gamers, attention and momentum already.

Becker outlined two potential moves for investors:

Move A: Wait to see if a Bitcoin ETF is approved, which could send Bitcoin on a parabolic run. If so, roll profits into gaming coins. However, if the ETF is not approved or causes a sell-the-news drop in Bitcoin, avoid investing in gaming coins.

Move B: Wait for a mainstream crypto game like Midnight Society to gain massive popularity among influencers and streamers. Once gaming coins become a cultural sensation, invest heavily.

Becker acknowledges these strategies could mean missing out on 2-3x gains in the current mini-rally. However, waiting for one of these two catalysts means potentially capitalizing on 80% of the full upside move.

For more risk-tolerant investors, Becker suggests bottom-fishing top gaming coins like ApeCoin, which are still close to their lows. A further 50% drop seems unlikely given how oversold they are already. The potential reward of 10-20x gains outweighs the risk of a 50% loss.

In summary, Becker believes delaying investment in gaming coins until the market matures could lead to fewer but more sizable gains. However, more aggressive investors can try to capitalize on the remaining downside and reduced competition. Whichever strategy crypto investors follow, gaming currencies represent a promising speculative opportunity.
