An anonymous whale has accumulated a position in the altcoin BRETT according to data from onchain analytics platform SpotOnChain. The unnamed investor transferred approximately 979 WETH valued at $3.69 million to an address located at 0xddbac19f8347dd5a6c72087132fb67933eb1fdbe in order to purchase over 31.87 million BRETT tokens.

This represented the first time this particular whale had ever purchased holdings in BRETT. The tokens were acquired at an average price of $0.116 per BRETT, with the total WETH outflow amounting to one of the largest single buy orders placed for the altcoin to date. 

Following the transaction, the BRETT price saw an immediate 11.24% increase within one hour as word of the accumulation spread across crypto circles at the time of the report.
