Лишь 50 % нод Ethereum Classic подготовлена к предстоящему 12 января хард форку

Криптовалютная сеть Ethereum Classic начинает хард форк Agharta, он должен пройти через три дня. Тем не менее у держателей нод не наблюдается высокой активности. Из-за этого куратор криптовалюты Cooperative (ECC) был вынужден выпустить сообщение на своем ресурсе.

«Операторам нод необходимо как можно быстрее заняться обновлением нод, чтобы не нарушить работу всей сети. Хард форк согласован с каждой группой и ни у кого нет возражений. Новых монет никто создавать не намерен. Это всего лишь еще одно обновление протокола», — так указано в сообщении.

Чтобы принять участие в обновлении сети, владельцы нод должны поставить новую версию Hyperledger Besu. Кроме этого поддерживаются клиенты Parity-Ethereum 2.5.13, Multi-Geth 1.9.7.

Как указано, Agharta добавит в сеть коды операций для блокчейна Ethereum. Это должно оказать позитивное воздействие на всю работу сети. К примеру, код CREATE2 даст возможность встроить в сеть имплементацию каналов, и сохранить их состояние. Однако, несмотря на то, что разработчики взяли курс на то, чтобы сблизиться ETH, они все равно не будут переходить на Proof-of-Stake.

Пока же ситуации такова, что на сегодняшний день только половина нод сети готова к хард форку. Если так продолжится и дальше, возможно придется его отложить на другое время.
